Faith Wing Renovation – Center for Domestic Preparedness

This project for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was to completely renovate a section of the Center for Domestic Preparedness’s main complex building, known as the Faith Wing. The renovation was 39,985 SF total and covered the basement and 2 more floors.The newly renovated Faith Wing allowed for the utilization of the space for executive educational classrooms, offices, conference rooms, logistics, storage, and support services. Security measures for the site included access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and a digital addressable fire alarm. ATFP-compliant, bullet-resistant windows and a mobile ballistic podium were also installed.
